Job Description
Role & responsibilities
a) Discuss with mechanical team and site team to understand requirement of electrical panel
b) Bill of material selection PLC, HMI, switchgears, VFDs, power sources, panels, wires and cables
c) Develop detailed drawings of electrical panel incorporating 1) Power wiring 2) Control wiring 3) PLC I/O wiring 4) PLC & HMI GA 5) Panel outside GA 6) Panel inside GA 7) Termination drawings 8) BOM
d) Work with procurement team to procure the material for building electrical panel
e) Work with vendors and inhouse team in fabrication of panel
f) Panel testing
g) Provide technical support for commissioning and troubleshooting of control panel during installation at site
Preferred candidate profile
a) B.Tech, B-tech / M-tech in electrical or electronics
b) Proficiency in Autocad for making electrical drawings
c) 5-10 years of experience in electrical panel, MCC panel and control panel design development and fabrication.
d) Certification course in PLC programming or experience in PLC and HMI programming will be added bonus
e) Lives near Navi Mumbai or is willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai
