Job Summary:

Physical Product Development & Manufacturing (PPDM) partners with global clients to transform how products are designed, engineered, manufactured, and serviced. As a Manager within the Digital

Manufacturing capability, you will lead engagement teams and deliver strategic digital transformation programs across industries.

You will collaborate with senior client stakeholders to shape solutions, drive execution, and ensure measurable business impact across Manufacturing Excellence, Product Development

Excellence, Digital Manufacturing, Digital Engineering, and Connected Physical Products & IoT.

Knowledge Preferred:

• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, equipment management, batch execution, deviation analysis, and regulatory compliance. Experience guiding cross-functional teams on optimizing shop-floor performance and operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience implementing and scaling MES platforms such as Tulip, Apriso,and other leading solutions. Ability to translate business requirements into system design, oversee configuration, manage integrations, and ensure successful deployment across multiple sites.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex digital manufacturing or supply chain transformation programs. Skilled in stakeholder management, project governance, risk mitigation, resource planning, and delivering large-scale implementations on time and within budget.
• Experience designing and executing change management strategies, including communication planning, training development, user adoption tracking, and leadership alignment to ensure smooth transition to new processes or systems

• Proficiency in evaluating and deploying IoT sensors, edge devices, and real-time data platforms. Ability to partner with data teams to leverage analytics, KPIs, dashboards,and predictive insights to improve manufacturing efficiency and decision-making.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, LIMS, and other quality or manufacturing systems. Experience integrating ERP, MES, IoT, and quality systems to create seamless digital manufacturing architectures.

• Ability to lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Capable of independently driving project workstreams, overseeing validation activities,and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams such as QA, Manufacturing, IT,and Supply Chain
• Skilled in collaborating with senior leadership, managing client expectations, leading engagement delivery, and ensuring high-quality outputs across multiple project tracks
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to tailor messages for technical teams, end users, and executive stakeholders, including presentations, reports, and status updates.
• Ability to lead organizational change efforts, anticipate resistance, coach teams through adoption challenges, and address escalations effectively.
• Experience with Tulip platform configuration, coding, and data integration is a plus.
