Who You Are
We are seeking an energetic and solution-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, the ability to motivate others, and a passion for building positive employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Australia focus)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide them through the talent acquisition process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, test coordination, and shortlisting candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to managers in a timely manner and facilitate interview scheduling.
- Manage the offer process including negotiation of compensation, start dates, and allowances.
HR Operations
- Oversee compensation & benefits aligned with Australian employment standards.
- Review and implement employment laws and ensure compliance across HR practices.
- Draft and implement SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct new hire orientations to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Handle employee grievances with empathy and fairness, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Implement and manage quarterly performance feedback and performance management systems.
- Guide managers in communicating performance expectations and metrics.
- Maintain employee engagement through transparent and effective communication.
Qualifications
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in HR with exposure to international operations (preferably Australia).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Ethical, principled, and committed to high standards of professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and employees.
Shift Timings
- Role focused on Australia operations
- Work Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (IST)
- Work days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays: Half Day)
