Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Overall managing the HR function of the Plant
- Talent attraction, hiring, training and development,
- Employee engagement and performance
- Compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and Govt regulations
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA / MSW with specialization in HR with minimum 6-7 years experience in Plant HR
- Should have good experience in Generalist HR
- Should have good experience handling operational HR
- Should have good experience in Talent attraction, Hiring,
- Should have good experience handling Training and development.
- Should have good experience in Employee engagement activities
- Should have good exposure to performance management
- Should have good experience in Compensation & Benefits management
- Should have good experience in Factories Act, ESI, PF, Welfare requirements, Statutory Compliance, returns and dealing with Government Authorities.
- Should be fluent in Kannada and English
- Budget 9 LPA
- Age between 32-35 years
- Should be ready to work out of Bommasandra - Bangalore
