Job Title: AGM / GM / Sr. GM Business Development (B2B)

Location: Chennai

Industry Focus: Mobile Phones, Consumer Electronics, IT Hardware, Wearables, Hearables,

Telecom, EMS, and Automotive


About the company: A global multinational company specializing in the manufacturing of electronic consumables, With an annual revenue surpassing $1 billion USD.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic Business Development (BD) plans to drive revenue growth in the B2B segment.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 & 2 suppliers, and industry associations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in EMS, Consumer Electronics, and Automotive sectors.
  • Generate and manage a monthly sales pipeline exceeding 250Cr through effective BD strategies.
  • Lead RFQ submissions, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships to enhance business expansion.
  • Conduct market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and BD planning to ensure market leadership.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score through effective engagement and service delivery.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and associations to enhance brand visibility.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 18+ years in Business Development / Marketing (B2B).
  • Proven ability to generate and manage large-scale business (250Cr+ monthly sales).
  • Educational Qualifications: BE / MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication Written & Oral.
  • Ability to travel extensively across India and overseas for client engagement.
  • Expertise in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and high-volume business operations.
