About The Position
As a Customer Relationship Management Intern at YoursDesk BizCon Pvt Ltd, you will be a crucial part of maintaining strong connections with our clients. You will collaborate with our customer relationship team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Management:
- Assist in maintaining and updating the customer relationship database.
- Support in organizing and categorizing client information.
- Contribute to data accuracy and cleanliness initiatives.
Communication and Issue Resolution:
- Participate in customer communication, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the customer relationship team to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in creating and maintaining positive client relationships.
Client Engagement Initiatives:
- Contribute to planning and organizing client engagement activities.
- Assist in client events, webinars, and other interactive initiatives.
- Participate in the development of customer satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications:
