Job Title: Manager/ Senior Manager Planning

Location: Mumbai (Jogeshwari & Mulund East Projects)/ Delhi/ Gujarat/ Pan India
Industry: Construction (Contracting)

Qualification & Experience

Experience: 10-15 years in Planning & Scheduling for large-scale Residential/Commercial projects
Joining Period: 15 30 days

Key Responsibilities

Develop & monitor project schedules using Primavera/ MS Project
Prepare baseline programs, resource allocation plans, and progress tracking
Coordinate with project, procurement, and execution teams to align timelines
Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboard updates, S-curves, and delay analysis
Conduct risk assessments and propose corrective / recovery plans
Interface with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for planning-related updates
Support in billing forecasts, cash flow projections, and project reporting
Ensure adherence to contractual timelines and planning compliances

Preferred Background

Experience in high-value Commercial/ Residential Construction projects (800 Cr+)/ Industrial Projects/ Factory Plant
Strong exposure to planning, project coordination, and client reporting
Proficiency in Primavera (P6), MS Project, and MIS tools
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
