Job Description
Job Summary:
This role focuses on promoting and selling educational programs, contributing to business growth within the EdTech sector. The BDE will play a key role in guiding students, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and guide them in selecting suitable programs.
- Drive enrollments through engaging sales pitches and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and provide post-enrollment support.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and at least one regional language.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to engage potential students and parents.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for maintaining records and generating reports.
- Ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
Preferred Skills / Attributes:
- Experience in the EdTech industry.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape and student needs.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience in sales and marketing.
