As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in promoting Liquide s offerings, connecting with potential clients, and driving business growth all from the comfort of a modern, digital workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain professional communication with potential clients through WhatsApp and phone calls (no fieldwork required).
- Product Presentation: Clearly and confidently explain Liquide s products and services, highlighting their benefits to meet client needs.
- Lead Qualification: Identify qualified leads, nurture relationships, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
- CRM Management: Accurately log client interactions, updates, and details into the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.
- Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, contributing to the company s growth.
What We re Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer relations.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi, with excellent speaking and listening skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Work Ethic: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
