Job Requirements
Project management •
Analyse current practices/ processes.
- Identification of gaps in the current process.
- Recommend process/system improvements.
- Project management- Identifying challenges, reporting on risks, measuring key performance indicators, risk mitigation and innovative solutions.
- Continuous engagement with the teams till the project gets handed over to the CoE.
People engagement •
- Change management through people interactions.
- Close engagement with implementation partner and other vendor partners.
- Continuous improvement through digitization and automation with people development.
- Close interactions with the cross functional teams.
- Closely working with the technical team.
Documentation •
- Documenting the current processes along with the users.
- Tracking the entire project timelines with real time updates.
- Preparation of various PPTs for regular updates to the project lead.
Work Experience
Project Management:-
- Documentation of current processes.
- Co-ordination with various tool and implementation partners.
- Regular interactions with cross functional team.
- Addressing gaps by process/ system improvements.
- Change management.
- Close monitoring and regular updates about the projects to project lead.
