Job Title: Implementation Associate Zwayam Hire Product

Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

Department: Customer Onboarding & Implementation

Reports To: Implementation Manager

Our flagship product, Zwayam Hire, empowers talent acquisition teams to design seamless candidate experiences, automate workflows, and gain actionable insights through intelligent automation.

Role Overview

As an Implementation Associate, you will be responsible for enabling and configuring the Zwayam Hire product for new and existing customers. You will work closely with the Implementation Manager and Product Teams to understand customer requirements, translate them into system configurations, and ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery. The ideal candidate should be analytical, comfortable with technical configuration work, and capable of communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enable the Zwayam Hire platform for customer implementations as per defined business use cases.

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into product configuration using JSON-based templates and rules.

• Work with RESTful APIs for system integrations, including executing and debugging API calls.

• Use SQL queries to validate data and troubleshoot issues across environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to ensure smooth onboarding transitions.

• Maintain documentation for configuration workflows, client-specific implementations, and API mapping.

• Assist in testing configurations and validating end-to-end functional workflows before go-live.

• Communicate effectively with customers to clarify requirements, milestone statuses, and issue resolutions.

• Manage multiple implementations in parallel with a structured and organized approach.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS product implementation, technical support, or functional configuration roles.

• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.

• Hands-on experience with JSON configuration structures and RESTful API testing (using tools like Postman).

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to handle ambiguity and find structured approaches to problem-solving.

• Curiosity to learn new systems and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HR Tech or Recruitment systems.

• Exposure to workflow configuration, automation setups, or data mapping.

• Understanding of authentication methods such as OAuth or API tokens.
