Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsibility & Accountability for project delivery.
Site execution through contractors with Safety, Quality and Time.
Co-ordination with Client, Associates, Contractors and any stake holders
Thorough knowledge of Contract Management.
Preparation of MoM, Weekly & Monthly report in Excel & PPT and presentation of
project requirements.
Chair meetings and maintain focus on the meeting purpose ensure all actions
and items are recorded and issued in minute format and proactively monitor
completion
Identifies project delivery resources required from pre-qualified lists or through
individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals;
completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
Carry out the tasks relevant to your specialization to the extent as described and
requested by the Project Manager/Director
Inspection of site, assess the project, prepare measurements, Prepare BOQ with
detailed specifications.
Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge on quality assurance standards,
monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and
recommend corrective actions for all operations
Attend Project Review meetings, Weekly meetings, Strategic meetings as
required by Client / Project Manager / Director
Site work done measurements physical checking, Certification of running bills of
contractors and closure of Extra items.
