Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
• Lead the planning and execution of industrial projects, including project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring clear milestones and deliverables are defined.
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.
• Define project goals, roles, and responsibilities, and ensure that all team members are fully aligned on deliverables.
2. Budget and Cost Management:
• Prepare detailed project budgets, including cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor project expenses and identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or safety.
• Track project financials and provide regular reports to senior management and clients, highlighting any variances from the budget.
• Ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
3. Team Leadership and Supervision:
• Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, construction workers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively to meet project objectives and timelines, resolving conflicts or issues as they arise.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, providing guidance on project execution, problem-solving, and client management.
4. Risk Management and Problem Solving:
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, including safety, regulatory, and logistical concerns.
• Develop risk mitigation plans to minimize project delays or disruptions.
• Address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project, providing prompt solutions to keep the project on track.

5. Quality Control and Safety Management:
• Ensure all aspects of the project comply with industry standards, local regulations, and quality control processes.
• Oversee site safety management, ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed by all team members and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure that construction standards and safety guidelines are maintained.
6. Client and Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present reports, presentations, and proposals to clients and senior management, demonstrating project status and achievements.
7. Project Documentation:
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible, including contracts, plans, specifications, permits, and approvals.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, including risk assessments and mitigation plans, and ensure that all documentation complies with company and legal requirements.
• Manage contract administration, ensuring that contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors are executed according to company policy.
8. Project Delivery:
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed-upon specifications.
Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure that lessons learned are incorporated into future projects.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of industrial construction processes, materials, and project management techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and mentoring team members.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Extensive experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Strong risk management skills and ability to resolve project-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and detail.
