Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through new account acquisition and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the organization's operations and implement changes as needed.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Account Management.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale projects or programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
