Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through new account acquisition and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the organization's operations and implement changes as needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform sales strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Account Management.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
- Proven track record of success in managing large-scale projects or programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
