Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and optimize the supply chain and logistics processes for our growing e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods from suppliers to customers while maintaining efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to delivery schedules. You will collaborate with various teams, including procurement, warehouse, and customer service, to guarantee inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position demands strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain management in the e-commerce industry. Your Role and Responsibilities Logistics Management Coordinate and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping, transportation, and delivery. Work with shipping providers to negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective, reliable services. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, resolving delays proactively. Inventory Control Maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouses, ensuring availability while minimizing excess stock. Implement and monitor stock replenishment plans based on sales forecasts and trends. Regularly review and update inventory management systems. Vendor and Partner Collaboration Establish strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party logistics providers. Coordinate with procurement teams to manage purchase orders and supplier agreements. Ensure compliance with all vendor and partner terms and conditions. Process Optimization Identify and implement improvements to supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain operations. Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics and warehousing. Customer Service Support Collaborate with customer service teams to address order-related inquiries and issues. Ensure that customer expectations for delivery and returns are met consistently. Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and environmental standards in supply chain operations. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Proficient in inventory management software (e. g. , SAP, NetSuite, or other ERP systems). Strong understanding of logistics and transportation management systems . Excellent knowledge of e-commerce supply chain practices, including last-mile delivery. Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Power BI). Familiarity with international shipping and customs clearance processes. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Qualification & Experience Required Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management , Logistics , Business Administration , or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain coordination, preferably in the e-commerce sector. Certification in supply chain management (e. g. , CSCP , CPIM ) is highly desirable. Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
