Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead and mentor our engineering team. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers across multiple projects.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project priorities.
Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and process improvements.
Oversee project planning, sprint execution, and delivery timelines.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the team.
Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve productivity and product quality.
Conduct performance reviews, hiring, and professional development planning for team members.
Ensure engineering solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience in full-stack development, cloud technologies, or DevOps practices.
Knowledge of scalable system design, microservices architecture, or high-performance computing.
Experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams.
