Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to spearhead email marketing campaigns for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting compelling email content, optimizing email workflows, and driving measurable ROI. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement, increasing conversions, and fostering brand loyalty through effective email marketing strategies. Your Role and Responsibilities Campaign Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan, create, and deploy email campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle messages. Segment email lists to target customers effectively based on behavior, preferences, and demographics. Content Development : Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft engaging email content and visuals. Write compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates. Performance Analysis and Optimization : Monitor campaign performance metrics (e. g. , open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates). A/B test subject lines, email layouts, and content to optimize results. Generate detailed performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement. Compliance and Deliverability : Ensure email campaigns comply with legal regulations (e. g. , GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Manage and improve email deliverability by adhering to best practices. Tools and Technology : Use marketing automation platforms (e. g. , Mailchimp, Klaviyo) for campaign execution. Integrate emails with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms to track the customer journey. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot. Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns. Analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics and campaign dashboards. Expertise in HTML/CSS for designing and troubleshooting email templates. Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, compliance, and spam filters. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and personalization techniques. Qualification & Experience Required Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on e-commerce campaigns. Demonstrable experience in achieving measurable business results through email strategies. Certifications in email marketing, marketing automation, or related areas are a plus.More Info
