Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (E-Commerce Partnerships) to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, ensuring mutual growth and success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and partnership management to enhance our organization's market presence and drive revenue growth. Your Role and Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and target e-commerce platforms for strategic partnerships. Develop comprehensive partnership proposals that align with company objectives and partner needs. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue through collaboration with e-commerce partners. Monitor and optimize partnership performance, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded. Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities. Provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners to ensure long-term collaboration. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on partnership strategies and outcomes. Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on partnership outcomes and ROI. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and online marketplaces. Proven ability to create and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e. g. , Salesforce) and data analytics platforms. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Qualification & Experience Required Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the e-commerce industry. Demonstrated track record of successfully executing partnership strategies and achieving revenue targets. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
