Job Summary We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer specializing in e-commerce ads and banners to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will design visually compelling digital assets that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement across online platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, expertise in graphic design, and the ability to deliver high-quality visuals that enhance the customer journey and conversion rates. Your Role and Responsibilities Design and Development: Create eye-catching banners, ads, and promotional assets for e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, and others. Develop creatives for paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Optimize designs for various screen sizes and device compatibility. Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand s visual identity, tone, and marketing objectives. Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to incorporate cohesive messaging into designs. Campaign Execution: Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to refine designs based on performance metrics. Adapt designs based on feedback and evolving campaign needs. Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to implement fresh and innovative design concepts. Experiment with new design tools and techniques to improve workflow and output quality. Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Maintain organized files and documentation for easy collaboration and future reference. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Canva, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for web-compatible designs. E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce platforms, their design requirements, and specifications. Experience designing for social media ads, display ads, and email campaigns. Professional Skills: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively under pressure. Qualification & Experience Required Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience as a graphic or creative designer, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
