Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Monitoring effectiveness of the claims function/ third part administrators
- Managing internal (Claims Team, Sales, and Central Product Teams) and external stakeholders (TPAs, Auditors etc.)
- Focus on fraud & abuse management in claims
- Analytical and data-driven approach in day-to-day work
- Complying to the audit and compliance related concerns as per organization guidelines
- Data analytics and reporting
- Focus on quality control and process audits
- Lead and manage process related initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with various cross functional stakeholders and drive the agenda for closure
- Should have excellent communication, presentation, and detailed oriented skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred candidate profile
- MBBS/B Pharma /M-Pharma/Physiotherapy/BAMS/BHMS/Paramedics similar prior experience as per above roles and responsibilities
- High on energy, innovative thinking, passionate, Problem-solving approach
- Firm believer of fostering relationship at all levels to achieve business objectives.
- Good Communication & Negotiation skills
- Good Excel Knowledge
