Role & responsibilities

Monitoring effectiveness of the claims function/ third part administrators
Managing internal (Claims Team, Sales, and Central Product Teams) and external stakeholders (TPAs, Auditors etc.)
Focus on fraud & abuse management in claims
Analytical and data-driven approach in day-to-day work
Complying to the audit and compliance related concerns as per organization guidelines
Data analytics and reporting
Focus on quality control and process audits
Lead and manage process related initiatives
Ability to collaborate with various cross functional stakeholders and drive the agenda for closure
Should have excellent communication, presentation, and detailed oriented skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred candidate profile

MBBS/B Pharma /M-Pharma/Physiotherapy/BAMS/BHMS/Paramedics similar prior experience as per above roles and responsibilities
High on energy, innovative thinking, passionate, Problem-solving approach
Firm believer of fostering relationship at all levels to achieve business objectives.
Good Communication & Negotiation skills
Good Excel Knowledge
