Assisting the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals
Managing and supervising various department heads and ensuring effective communication and coordination among them
Ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Monitoring and analyzing financial and operational performance metrics and taking corrective actions as needed
