Job Description: Ecommerce Executive (Company Website) Location: Peenya, Bengaluru We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and oversee all aspects of order processing and customer interactions for our company's own website. The role involves handling orders, ensuring timely dispatch, maintaining accurate records, tracking inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Monitor and process customer orders received through the company's website. Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Update order statuses and communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, delays, or cancellations. Customer Support: Attend to customer queries and complaints via email, phone, or chat. Resolve issues related to orders, payments, or deliveries promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and resolutions. Record Keeping: Maintain and update order records in the system. Generate regular reports on sales, orders, and customer interactions. Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability on the website. Coordinate with the warehouse or production team to update stock as needed. Identify and flag potential stock shortages to prevent order fulfillment delays. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products listed on the website have accurate descriptions, prices, and images. Monitor website performance and usability, reporting any issues to the technical team. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree, any Good command over written and spoken English Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ecommerce platforms or order management tools. Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics processes. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
