Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle Invoices, Credit Control Management. Issue of Credit / Debit Note.
2. Handle all functions of Central Excise Dept.
3. Keeping track of Payment.
4. Visiting clients for related matters & reconciliation receivables statement , update the same.
5. Payment collection & C form collection.
6. Weekly review status of Orders recd., lost, MIs sent & pending.
7. Get feedback from all staff about the status of offers & update in Tally.
8. Keep close track of budget plan actual achievement on weekly basis.
9. Enter all Order received update the same.
10. Interact with clients for Amendments, co-ordinate Inspection / GA Approval / Shipment clearance & release.
11. Order to be forwarded to H.O with check list.
12. Ageing Analysis.
13. Close monitoring of Credit supplies and follow up for payment including Bank Guarantees ABG /PBG.
