Role Description We are hiring a remote Event Executive based in Pune. The Event Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and execution, from conceptualization to completion. This includes overseeing logistics, budgets, vendors, sponsors, and ensuring a positive guest experience to deliver successful events. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate events with precision and creativity. Manage logistics, budgeting, vendor relationships, and sponsorships. Creatively design and set up exhibition booths or stands to showcase Maivas products effectively. Engage passionately with event attendees, fostering conversations about Maivas offerings and the care behind each product. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in event planning and coordination. Strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Creative mindset with the ability to design and decorate exhibition spaces. Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities under pressure. Problem-solving skills with a knack for thinking outside the box. Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Experience in the food or health industry is an added advantage. Location Requirement The candidate must be based in Pune to qualify for this role.
