Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Medical Record Listing professional to join our team at Vitality Business Support Services LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical record listing and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate medical records, including patient information and treatment history.
Develop and implement effective filing systems for medical records, both physical and digital.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of medical care.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive medical information.
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required by the organization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for medical record keeping.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and concepts, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and software is an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
