Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Manager - PR & Marketing to lead our brand communications, public relations, marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, strengthen media relationships, execute integrated marketing campaigns, and position Exhibit Group as a leading media brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage media relations, press communications, influencer outreach, and brand partnerships.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events.
• Lead corporate communications and brand messaging.
• Drive audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement.
• Collaborate with editorial, creative, sales, and digital teams.
• Manage agencies, marketing budgets, and campaign performance.
• Represent Exhibit Group at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong network across media, agencies, and industry partners.
• Proven experience in integrated marketing campaigns and brand management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in media, publishing, technology, automotive, or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
