Job Description
The single point mandate of the Commercial Surveyor is to ensure that the market is well mapped and that availability information of commercial properties is kept up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities - Work Relationship Reporting
- Reporting Manager : BL Head
- Other Relationships: Transactions Managers (for Proposal Development)
- Educational Background
- Tertiary qualification; however, focus will be on experience skills mainly
- Key Skills, Experience and Background
- Experience of 2-4 years in data gathering and maintenance functions
- Specific real estate inventory experience a strong plus
- Strong with database tools such as MS Excel; very strong data management organization skills
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite
- Proactive desire to take on additional responsibility
- Proven ability in primary data collection
- Two wheeler is mandatory
- Only Male candidates
