Designation Senior Associate/Asst. Manager

Department Sales & Marketing

Location : Bangalore Whitefield, Shivamogga, Hubli, Davangere

Purpose To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, promotional activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

To plan and schedule meetings with the doctors / Super specialist engagement / Tie-ups/ for referral business (Trade)
To formulate and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to the business plan.
Meeting doctors on daily basis.
Meeting the revenue targets and driving business to organization.
To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example, CMES, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program and Life Style Management Program Etc
To do fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan
Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management
Competitor tracking
Market Intelligence
Responsible for conducting in-house camps & promotions of health awareness days
Responsible for brand promotion

Job Specification
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales
