Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team at Shaadi.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
* Assist customers with profile creation, upgrades, payments, and account management.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Requirements:
* Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
* 16 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or call center preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language (Malayalam/Telugu etc.).
* Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Working Conditions:
Shift:
Females: 10 AM – 7 PM
Males: 12 PM – 9 PM
Mode: Work from office
Location: Bangalore
