Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Rental Sales Executive with strong experience in heavy machinery and construction safety equipment sales and rentals. The candidate will be responsible for developing rental business, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across assigned regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive rental and sales revenue for heavy machinery and construction safety equipment.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with construction sites, infrastructure projects, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Handle end-to-end rental sales cycle lead generation, site visits, negotiations, order closure, and coordination for delivery and returns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term contracts.
  • Prepare and present rental proposals, quotations, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for equipment availability, deployment, and timely retrieval.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve sales strategy.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in rental sales of heavy machinery and/or construction safety equipment.
  • Strong exposure to construction, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.

Education

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
