Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Execute promotional activities and campaigns effectively.
- Collect and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in food, beverages, or personal care products).
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
