Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Execute promotional activities and campaigns effectively.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in food, beverages, or personal care products).
  • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
