Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Lead Management

  • Respond to WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements (plywood grade, laminate design, sizes, budget, etc.).
  • Share catalogues, product specs, images, and pricing details.
  • Follow up with leads systematically to maximise conversions.
  • Maintain a friendly, solution-oriented communication tone.

Sales Conversion

  • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing within defined guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for availability, custom requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive conversions by building trust and offering a smooth buying experience.

CRM & Reporting

  • Record enquiries, follow-ups, order updates, and conversion details.
  • Maintain data accuracy and timely updates in CRM / Excel sheets.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on enquiries, open leads, and sales performance.
