Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Lead Management
- Respond to WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements (plywood grade, laminate design, sizes, budget, etc.).
- Share catalogues, product specs, images, and pricing details.
- Follow up with leads systematically to maximise conversions.
- Maintain a friendly, solution-oriented communication tone.
Sales Conversion
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing within defined guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for availability, custom requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Drive conversions by building trust and offering a smooth buying experience.
CRM & Reporting
- Record enquiries, follow-ups, order updates, and conversion details.
- Maintain data accuracy and timely updates in CRM / Excel sheets.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on enquiries, open leads, and sales performance.
