Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential corporate clients and training partners across India.
- Promote DailyLive India s staffing, recruitment, and payroll solutions to HR heads and decision-makers.
- Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and presentations to pitch company services.
- Generate and manage leads through LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital campaigns .
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, track performance, and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle negotiation, closing deals, and client retention strategies.
- Bachelor s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment services, or SaaS selling .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools .
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude are also encouraged to apply.
- Fixed salary up to 6 LPA + performance incentives.
