Job Title: Senior PEGA Developer

Work Location: Multiple Locations

Dubai - UAE

Doha - Qatar

RIyadh - Saudi Arabia

Salary per month:

As per market ( Full Tax Free salary - Depending on Experience )

Project duration: 2 Years, Extendable

Experience Level: 7 Years or above

Gulf Work permit / Visa will be sponsored by the company

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business applications using Pegas BPM and CRM solutions
• Develop and configure Pega rules, flows, and user interfaces
• Implement complex business logic in Pega, using tools like Pega's Decision Rules and Decision Trees
• Create and maintain data models, including data types, properties, and relationships
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems such as databases, web services, and other applications
• Use Pegas integration tools to connect to REST, SOAP, and JMS-based services
• Ensure that integrations are secure and work efficiently across systems
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Pega applications
• Perform testing, including unit testing and debugging using Pega's diagnostic tools
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure applications are thoroughly tested

Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of experience with PEGA development, with expertise in PEGA BPM/CRM platforms and enterprise-level application development
• In-depth experience with PEGA 7.x/8.x versions and proficiency in application architecture, integration, and performance tuning
• Experience leading PEGA projects, mentoring junior developers, and working with business stakeholders to deliver complex solutions
• Understanding of coding languages such as Java, Angular JS, and JQuery is required
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and XML
• Experience in developing PEGA Platform application debugging tools and features
• Apply PEGA application design concepts, case design principles, and best practices on projects
• Analyse requirements, develop application designs, and construct the components of a PEGA multi-process application
• Proficient with PEGA Application Designer, PEGA Marketing, PEGA Customer Service modules, or other specialized PEGA tools
• Strong experience in PEGA integrations, working with SOAP, REST, and external systems

Nice to have:

PEGA certification(s) is major added advantage
