Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis and generate decision-support reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Prepare BRD, SRS, user stories, and process documentation.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support UAT, change management, and project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- 3--5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management
- Proven ability to generate leads, convert clients, and meet revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of market analysis, sales strategies, and business planning
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems
Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or Commerce
