Job Description
- Developing and nurturing key relationships.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with partners for renewals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing in renewals.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve renewal targets.
- Tech changes / API developments basis each brokers requirements
- Track and manage MIS with respect to renewal trends.
- Manage renewal data sharing and chasing.
- Run campaigns todrive renewals.

Required Skills:
- GoodCommunication Skills
- Proficiencyin Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
- Basic understanding of Insurance principles
