Key Responsibilities

1.Managing the auction process for used and repossessed vehicles.

2.Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to schedule and execute auctions.

3.Collaborate with banks to obtain auction listings.

4.Developing auction strategies to maximize sales revenue.

5.Analyzing market trends and pricing data to make informed auction strategies.

6.Training and supervising auction staff on procedures and best practices.

7.Addressing buyer concerns about vehicle quality and transparency in auction processes.

8.Conduct both physical and online auctions.

9.Work with telecallers to connect with dealers and expand the client base.
