Job Description
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
3. Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools and report on key metrics and KPIs.
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize marketing spending based on data-driven recommendations.
5. Create and implement creative growth strategies to drive online engagement and conversions.
6. Plan, execute, and measure experiments, including A/B testing, to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of working experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage successful SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising campaigns.
3. Highly creative with a strong understanding of target audience identification and effective digital campaign strategies.
4. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
5. Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, and the ability to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
