Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the collections process for motor finance products.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the collections process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, particularly in collections and motor finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
