Job Description
  • Demonstratestrong business development activities through networking and other sources.
  • Reach out & follow up with the fastest-growingcorporate companies and secure business.
  • Proactively engage with key decisionmakers of potential clients to understand and analyze the possible commercialoffice space requirement.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Negotiations: should be able to getthe deal closure by negotiating fair terms between buyer and seller
  • Documentation: Understand the dealand get actively involved in due diligence process and documentation thereafter
  • Articulate and present reports/deliverables in required detail to clients
  • Understand and develop knowledge ofthe relevant players in the industry (both the investment and development sideof real estate)
  • Ensuretimeliness and accuracy of deliverables, client service delivery and engagement- calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, timely submission of companyproposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
