Job Description
- Demonstratestrong business development activities through networking and other sources.
- Reach out & follow up with the fastest-growingcorporate companies and secure business.
- Proactively engage with key decisionmakers of potential clients to understand and analyze the possible commercialoffice space requirement.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships.
- Negotiations: should be able to getthe deal closure by negotiating fair terms between buyer and seller
- Documentation: Understand the dealand get actively involved in due diligence process and documentation thereafter
- Articulate and present reports/deliverables in required detail to clients
- Understand and develop knowledge ofthe relevant players in the industry (both the investment and development sideof real estate)
- Ensuretimeliness and accuracy of deliverables, client service delivery and engagement- calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, timely submission of companyproposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
