Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager - Projects
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion within budget and timeline constraints
• This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Coordinate project activities and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines
• Team Management:Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues in a clear and concise manner
• Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns to maintain positive relationships
• Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
• Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Quality Assurance:Establish quality standards and ensure adherence to project specifications
• Conduct regular quality inspections and address any deviations from the established standards
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
