Job Description
Title: Collection Executive X Bucket (SBI DHRUVA)
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
Week Off: Rotational
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for pending dues via calls or field visits (as applicable)
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Graduate (Marathi-speaking preferred)
- fresher / Exp. Both Can Apply
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary Details:
- Hindi Fresher - 15000 inhand | Exp. - 19500 Inhand
- Oriya Fresher - 21000 inhand | Exp. - 24000 Inhand
Other Details:
- Shift: 9 hours (between 9 AM 6 PM)
- Weekly Off: Rotational
- Joining: Immediate preferred
