Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong business knowledge of the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) Payer ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, defining and prioritizing business requirements, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and architects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and effective communication.
  
• Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution validation sessions.
  
• Evaluate and manage complex engagements across multiple teams and workstreams.
  
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and metrics.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within the HLS Payer ecosystem.
  
• Strong background in Requirements Analysis and Requirement Gathering.
  
• Excellent understanding of payer processes, claims management, member enrollment, benefits administration, and related domains.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements with multiple stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
