What Would the Work Entail:

• Focus on daily and month-end accounting todetermine results, including P&L activity, balance sheet activity, andaccounts-receivable cash application, in compliance with GAAP.
  
• Perform regular reconciliation of revenue,cost, and balance sheet account to ensure required controls.
  
• Prepare forecast & variance analysis forthe business to ensure proper budgetary controls.
  
• Provide insights about spending trends,cost-savings initiatives, and margin opportunities.
  
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows andpredicting future trends
  
• Presenting accurate financial reports tospecific deadlines
  
• Present potential scenarios and outcomes to themanagement team & formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
  
• Manage the preparation and publication ofdepartmental and organizational financial documents.
  
• Examine financial and legal documents toverify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financialprinciples.
  
• Manage Statutory Compliances & taxation& ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  
• Develop or recommend solutions for problemsor situations.
  
• Strong budgeting, financial forecasting, andfinancial analysis skills
  
• Hands on experience in Tally entries

  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, orrelated field required (MBA preferred)
