Job Description
BusinessDevelopment:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients,including corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, etc.
Generate leads for buy-side and sell-side deals, corporate financetransactions, IPOs, and IPO funding.
Develop strategic initiatives to expand our presence in the Indianmarket.
ClientEngagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on financialtransactions and market trends.
Address client inquiries and requests promptly to ensuresatisfaction and retention.
MarketResearch:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities,and potential clients.
Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to informbusiness development strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, orrelated field; MBA or CFA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in investment banking or corporate financewith a focus on business development.
Strong understanding of the Indian financial markets and keyplayers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting business developmenttargets.
