Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Service Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services to clients
- Ensure that services are delivered according to agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and meet quality standards
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to coordinate and deliver services effectively
- Communicate client needs and expectations internally
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients
- Gather requirements, coordinate setup activities, and ensure a smooth transition into service delivery
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Service Improvement: Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes
- Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and contribute to process optimization
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery
- Provide regular updates to management and clients on service performance
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client interactions, service agreements, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Training and Education: Provide clients with information and training on our services
- Keep clients informed about new features, upgrades, and best practices
- Customer Feedback: Gather client feedback on services and incorporate feedback into continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze results
