Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services to clients
  • Ensure that services are delivered according to agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and meet quality standards
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to coordinate and deliver services effectively
  • Communicate client needs and expectations internally
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients
  • Gather requirements, coordinate setup activities, and ensure a smooth transition into service delivery
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Service Improvement: Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and contribute to process optimization
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery
  • Provide regular updates to management and clients on service performance
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client interactions, service agreements, and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards
  • Training and Education: Provide clients with information and training on our services
  • Keep clients informed about new features, upgrades, and best practices
  • Customer Feedback: Gather client feedback on services and incorporate feedback into continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze results
