Job Description
- Artech India is looking for Account Manager - Sales to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- The Account Manager - Sales is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
- The primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet client needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and objectives; act as a trusted advisor to identify business opportunities
- Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Sales Growth:Achieve sales targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and acquire new business from existing clients
- Present and promote products/services to clients, highlighting their value and benefits
- Account Planning:Develop account plans outlining strategies for growth and client retention
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align our products/services accordingly
- Collaboration:Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, conveying client feedback and requirements
- Forecasting and Reporting:Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to management
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions; prepare reports on account status
- Problem Resolution:Address and resolve client issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams as necessary
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to ensure client satisfaction
- Market Knowledge:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Use market knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
