Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and documentation in the ERP system.
  • Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for incoming materials.
  • Create Delivery Challans for outgoing materials and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Perform periodic stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure
  • material availability and proper documentation.
