Job Description
- Deliver services on Propulsion equipment, including Thrusters, CPP, OD box, Gear box, and other related components.
- Make decisions at site and meet customer requirements without compromising quality or affecting company standards.
- Prepare timely Service Work Reports and arrange documents for invoicing.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including approving JSA and ensuring safe work practices.
- Meet all KPI requirements and regularly update FSM.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma Mechanical or BE Mechanical degree.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant technical academic degree coupled with expertise in Wartsila Lifecycle Products and Services.
- Good cultural knowledge and strong result orientation.
- Strong will to win and ability to work independently.
- Ability to make regular entries in FSM and troubleshoot issues.
