Senior Full Stack Developer Java, Node.js, JavaScript & Python
Required Technical Skill Set**
Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, REST APIs, Microservices, React/Angular, SQL/NoSQL Databases, Cloud Technologies

Desired Competencies (Technical/ Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Hands-on expertise in Node.js and JavaScript for full-stack application development
- Good working knowledge of Python for backend services, automation, and data processing
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and scalable distributed systems
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile development environments
Good-to-Have
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
- Exposure to event-driven systems using Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience building AI/ML-enabled applications using Python frameworks
- Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives
